Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Replacement Policy

We currently offer replacement only for eligible cases. Refunds are not provided.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement product.

Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged, Amritambara will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other approved cases such as wrong product delivery, customers may be required to assist with the return process as instructed by our support team.

Processing Time

Once the return request is approved and the product is received or verified, the replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

At Amritambara, we aim to process and ship orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please review our cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
